LOYALTY PLAN(PURCHASE PROMOTION PLAN)

This Plan has been launched since December 2009 for the distributors who have been regular purchasers of the RCM Products . This amples them with huge opportunities to make highly attractive promotion profits on their purchases.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
1. To enjoy the benefits of this Plan, a distributor must have earned atleast of 10 Points. One Eligibility shall be considered qualified for every 10 Points. A distributor can earn as many points to his capacity. Number of qualifications shall be according to Points earned in multiples of 10s. There is no minimum and maximum time limit to earn 10 points.
2. On fulfilling the criteria of 10 Points, there must be a purchase of RCM Products of atleast Rs.1000/- made every month. If in case, monthly purchase of Rs.1000/- could not be maintained, then, the eligibility can be sustained in the following ways:
a. By making a purchase of RCM Products of atleast Rs.3000/- made in the next consecutive month
b. If unable in the second month, too, i.e. For 2 months, then by making a purchase of atleast Rs.5000/- made in the third consecutive month
3. To benefit under the above quoted plan, all the Terms and Conditions of an RCM Distributorship must be followed.
PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS
Primary Promotional Amount- Rs.500/- on every 10 Points earned.
Monthly Promotional Amount- This Promotional Amount counts up to 5% of the Total *Monthly Purchase Business Volume of the Company. The recipients of this amount shall be selected through Lucky Draws. The amount shall be paid away in 3 slabs.
First Slab Rs.11,000/- into 5 times, Second Slab Rs.5,000/-, Third Slab Rs.1000/- For the First Slab the amount shall be 20%, For Second Slab, 20% and, for the Third Slab, 40% of the amount quoted above. The quantum of payment of the above quoted amount shall be decided through the number of distributors eligible for parts of the winning amount through the Lucky Draws. The remaining 20% shall count a Promotional Amount Payment of Rs.51,000/- for those distributors, who have acquired their Loyalty Bonus of Rs.5,000/- till the November, 2009. This shall be done on the Priority Basis till all have acquired Rs.51,000/-. For this, all the terms and conditions of this plan must have been followed.
After such all distributors, who have taken their Loyalty Bonus of Rs.5000/- till November 2009, acquire the amount of Rs.51,000/-, then, slabs for the Monthly Promotional Amount shall be 25% for the First and the Second Slab and 50% for the Third Slab
1. All those distributors shall be included who have fulfilled all the criteria of qualification to this plan till that Month.
2. The Draw shall count One Qualification for each for every 10 Points. e.g., if a distributor has earned 50 Points till that date, then, he shall be eligible for 5 Divisions counted and moreover, all his 5 Eligibilities would be considered separately if one or more of these Divisions are drawn in the Lucky Draw for the Promotional Amounts.
3. After the amount of 1 Slab has been paid, the same qualifying eligibility of the distributor shall not be reconsidered for any subsequent Draws. Once the Draw for Rs.51,000/- has been taken out for a distributor, 10 Points of his total earned Points shall be subtracted.
e.g. A distributor has accumulated 40 Points and his draw from this amount of 1 month instates Rs.1000/- of the Promotional amount, that of Rs.5,000/- in the Second month's draw and of Rs.11,000/- in the draw of the Third Month. Then, in this case, he shall be levied with divisions of 3 in the draw of Rs.1000/- of Second Month and of 4 each in the remaining amounts of Rs.5,000/- and Rs.11,000/-. For the draws of Rs.1,000/- and Rs.5,000/- of the Third Month, there shall be 3 divisions each and 4 for the amount of Rs.51,000/-. And for any Rs.11,000/- in subsequent draws, 10 Points shall be subtracted and 3 divisions each shall remain payable for each next draw. The number of the divisions shall regain to increase on every accumulation of Points in the multiple of 10s.
Annual Promotional Amount- This is a very attractive Promotional Amount which shall be equivalent to 7.5% of the Total *Annual Business Volume (Purchase & Joining) of the Company. This amount is payable to those distributors who stand an opportunity for qualification of this promotional bonanza by having earned their 10 successful points and then, completing One Financial Year of Business with all the terms and conditions of the policies followed. The amount shall be paid to these distributors in accordance with the ratio of their Points earned in that Financial Year.
1. The 1st Payment of this amount would be in March 2011 and the following months of March in the future years. All those distributors shall be eligible for this payment in March 2011, who have earned their 10 Points by or before April 2010 complying with all the terms and conditions of the plan.
2. At the time of the First Payment of the Annual Promotional Amount for any distributor, all his Points earned in the 12 month duration, along with any excess Points if exceeding the period of 12 months, shall be accounted for calculation of his ratios. e.g. a distributor joins in the plan by completing his criteria of 10 Points by October 2009 and stands his dues being calculated in March 2011, then, all his Points earned till March 2011 shall be taken in consideration.
3. All those Points that have been paid for the Monthly Promotional Amount of Rs.11,000/- into 5 times will not be counted for their calculations for the Annual Promotional Amount.
*Purchase B.V. -All the RCM Products have been decided for different Business Volumes (B.V.) which can be different from the Selling Price. The total of B.V. on total monthly purchases by distributors is considered monthly purchase B.V.
*Joining B.V. -Different B.V.s are decided for different Joining Kits. The Business Volume for a period is calculated by the number of Joinings registered in that particular period.
Who should join this business??
A person who can do at least one of the following.
1) A person who can use the products of the company. This way he can get 20% - 30% of the business volume of his purchase (for example if a person buys products of 5000 BV, he will get 500 Rs back in his account. One more good thing of the system is one will get rs. 61,000/- commission, even if he buys product of Rs. 1000. in every month. No time limit .)
2) OR/AND
3) A person who can tell people about the company and products of the company. This way he can get 11% more.
4) What is the qualification to join?
No qualification required. You just to study the material provided by the company like books and audio cassettes, audio Cd's etc.
How much one can earn monthly?
It is not a "get rich" scheme. It is a business. So one will start with very nominal income (in hundreds) and can go up to unlimited income per month. You just need to follow the successful people in the system. You need to keep learning the system.

There has been a significant decision taken by RCM under which, any distributor who has acquired the eligibility of Loyalty Club by making 10 Points, and is regular making purchases of RCM Products worth Rs. 1000/- every month, if unfortunately he faces a fatal accident leading to his death, than his nominee shall be eligible for an insurance Amount of Rs.51000/- under the Loyalty Plan. In addition to the given table 1.5% of monthly B.V. of the company is distributed on average basis. The average is calculated in accordance with the balance B.V. of B leg after deducting 5 lakh B.V.

*Technical Bonus will be calculated on difference basis and distributor shall be entitled for Technical Bonus on achieving business as per above table and fulfillment of conditions as mentioned hereunder, distributors have to:-


1. Purchase RCM Products for minimum 1500 B.V. in every month.
2. Take minimum 3 meetings every month and 42 in a year as assigned by the company. In the absence of assignment the distributor shall take meetings after obtaining the approval from the company.
3. Attend minimum 1 RCM Academy Course in every three month.
4. Two or more than two joining per month in his proposership.
5. Any other condition for which company deemed to be beneficial in the interest of business as a whole.



ELIGIBILITY OF TECHNICAL BONUS
For the eligibility of the technical level the distributor has to stay for two months on any royalty level. After that for a month, he has to maintain a 6% royalty level. After that, he has to achieve a B.V. of more than 5 Lacs in each of the two Legs in one month. This target of 4 months should be accomplished within the span of 6 months. If this somehow doesn't get achieved, then whenever these 4 targets are achieved in whichever duration of six months, the technical bonus shall be awarded to the distributor
